Our client is a leading multinational. Their main offices are in London, but they also have offices in Shanghai, New York, Sydney, Berlin, Paris and Milan.

The organisation is split into numerous departments and teams, who need to be communicated with both universally and separately and contacted with relevant information to mitigate and manage risk to business operations, and work efficiently and productively.

Before our client began using AtlasNXT, enterprise communications were too cluttered and surrounded by too much noise. Our client’s employees were sifting through irrelevant emails and information on a daily basis, each wasting approximately 2.5 hours a day in doing so. A risk to operational efficiency and productivity was furthered by the use of multiple communication channels, with different employees holding different preferences for their use of communication softwares. It was impossible for our client to keep effective track of communication, with no tangible audit trail.

AtlasNXT has enabled our client to slim multiple communications channels down to one. A highly inefficient communications landscape was reduced down to one comprehensive solution. Our client was incredibly keen for communications to be owned by their own corporation, not by external messaging providers, for compliance, GDPR and privacy reasons.

AtlasNXT enables our client to declutter internal communications, through the use of location-based groups, segmented by teams and departments in not only their UK office, but international offices, all within a calendar to coordinate tasks around meetings and share relevant, time-sensitive interactive documents such as policy documents, project plans and sales enablement materials. AtlasNXT enables our client to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and to deliver projects, and results. Our client’s employees only receive the information which is relevant to them, at the time and place they need it. Travel Itinerary Management & Communications

Our client has many employees travelling to its international offices on a regular basis. AtlasNXT is optimised to address issues faced by organisations with complex operations, at scale, in distributed and dispersed team environments. AtlasNXT functions as a travel itinerary management system for our client. As employees approach the airport, boarding passes and fast track QR codes are sent straight to their smartphones by their AtlasNXT Operators, to which they will receive a notification. Everything they need is in one place, on their handset to make their journeys much easier.
Our client shares care packages including restaurant and uber vouchers and hotel booking confirmations with their employees, specific to the duration of their stay and the sites they are travelling to. Once the employees have finished their business trips, the documentation will disappear from their handsets. Information is only stored for the time it is needed.

Additionally, our client’s employees are sent relevant information by AtlasNXT as they pass through the geofence sites set up to their offices, such as documents they’ll need for their meetings, evacuation procedures, organisational charts and maps of the area. AtlasNXT streamlines our client’s employees’ travels, so they can direct their focus onto the important work they have to do.

Travel Risk Management & Communications

Should any of our clients’ employees wish to add an additional level of protection to their journey when feeling vulnerable or at risk, they can reach out to their AtlasNXT Operator using location-based chat groups, via direct messaging, or activate an Overwatch session. Overwatch is only ever activated by the employee. It is entirely up to the employee to decide whether to share their live location with their employer, at all times and as to how long their Overwatch session lasts. AtlasNXT ensures our client can protect their employees and assets to support their duty of care, and preserve their brand and reputation by safeguarding their employees in line with best practices.
