01.
CULTURE
As the first stage, this is used to ascertain motivation, experience, interest, and expectations. This helps us to decide if the person fits the environment Track24 is offering. This call typically lasts around 30-40 minutes.
02.
COMPETENCY
This is the “technical deep dive” round which tests the candidate’s situational awareness, and adaptability to situations. The Hiring Manager will be involved in this call to ask more role specific questions, and to field further role specific questions from the candidate.
03.
ASSESSMENT
This is to test the candidate’s ability to present to a group of people, as well as their brand awareness and overall written and spoken competency. This round will include the Hiring Manager, and typically another team member. This is the chance to really learn whether or not the candidate has grasped how we work, and what we do as a company.
04.
FEEDBACK
Feedback is paramount across all of these stages, and wherever possible should be offered over the phone (good or bad news!).The way we treat each candidate forms their overall impression of the company, and so even if it is bad news, we want to leave them feeling positive about their overall experience and feel motivated to apply again in future, or refer us to their friends. All feedback should be given within 24 hours.

Mental Health Awareness Week
Today marks the start of #mentalhealthawareness week.
The theme of this year’s mental health awareness week is anxiety.
According to the Mental Health Foundation: “Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems we can face. In a recent mental health survey the Mental Health Foundation carried out, a quarter of adults said they felt so anxious that it stopped them from doing the things they want to do some or all of the time. Six in ten adults feel this way, at least some of the time.”
At AtlasNXT and Track24, we appreciate the importance of supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our staff. We will be posting some resources we’ve found helpful later on in the week.
