The recruitment process is a funnel process that helps employers find the right candidate for a role available at their company. As a candidate it is always important to be prepared for the interview, informed on the company and engaged with the role and recruiter in every stage of the process to increase the likelihood of gliding through the funnel.

We understand that the recruitment process can sometimes feel overwhelming and time-consuming. That’s why we have made it our focus to create an efficient and streamlined approach to recruitment at Track24 and AtlasNXT. We value your time and provide each applicant with the opportunity to showcase their skills in a way that is convenient for them.

Our current process consists of three stages of interviews, allowing applicants to meet with key stakeholders and gain insights into what it’s like to work at Track24 and AtlasNXT. Our resourcing principles: privacy, equality and diversity, learning are also at the forefront of our fair and inclusive recruitment process.

The first stage of the process starts with a 25-30 minute video call with HR. This allows you to learn more about the company, and role, and ask any questions that you have about the company and position. It’s important to us that our values and the candidate’s personal values are aligned at the start of the recruitment process, ensuring they’ll be a great fit for the company and we’ll be a great fit for them. It’s important that “during the interview, you answer questions clearly and concisely, and be prepared to provide examples of your accomplishments”. Source. This is also where we will ask more about your motivations, expectations and current situation to ensure that everything aligns before moving forward in the process.

Top Tip: Research about the company, its interviewers, and the role before your interview with our team.

The second stage of our process is the competency-based interview, typically lasting between  1-1.5 hours. This interview is conducted by our HR team, accompanied by either the Hiring Manager or another experienced team member. The focus of this round is on scenario-based questions related to the job role and delving deeper into your experience to help us understand your working style. It also gives you an opportunity to learn more about the day-to-day aspects of the role from someone directly on our team. This is also another opportunity to ask more technical questions and gain further understanding of the role requirements from the hiring manager – after all, this is a two way process and it’s important that the candidate gets everything they need to make a well informed decision to progress.

Top Tip: Relax! We want to get to know the real you. While it’s important to prepare before speaking with our team, we also want to ensure that we have a genuine conversation rather than just a Q&A session.

The final stage of our process is the assessment round, which provides every applicant with a chance to showcase their best work to our HR team, Hiring Manager, and a member of our Senior Leadership team. Whenever possible, we prefer to conduct this interview in person as it allows you to get a better sense of our culture. Prior to the interview, we will share an assessment brief 4-5 days in advance and ask you to prepare a short 20-minute presentation, sales enablement asset, or design related to the topic/question provided in the brief, aligning with the role you are applying for. We will also provide any necessary supporting material and information, and we advise you to adhere as closely as possible to our brand guidelines and style. Seeing your work presented in our style helps us envision you as a potential employee and showcases your attention to detail. After your presentation, we will provide a response reflecting your success within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

Top Tip: Stick to the brand guidelines and style of the company.

We understand that the recruitment process can be daunting, but we believe that our three-stage interview process is designed to be both efficient and thorough. It allows applicants to showcase their skills and gain valuable insights into what it’s like to work at our company. From the initial Google Meets call, to the competency-based interview, and the final presentation round, we aim to provide an inclusive and fair experience for all candidates. We will also gladly accommodate reasonable adjustments to the interview process to ensure a seamless experience for both applicants and ourselves.

We hope that our recruitment process provides you with valuable insights and opportunities. We encourage you to consider applying for a job with us at Track24 and AtlasNXT, and we look forward to the possibility of welcoming you to our team. If we don’t currently have a role that quite fits what you are looking for, but you are still interested in joining the team you can reach out directly to us and we will be sure to let you know how we could be a great fit now, or in the future.
